Vegetarian Burger
Ingredients
Preparation:
Heat the sunflower oil in a pan and fry the vegetarian frozen burger patties on both sides for about 4-6 minutes. When the patties are almost ready, place the cheddar cheese on top and let it melt for a few seconds.
Cut the burger bun crosswise. Roast the buns on the cut surface briefly on the grill, in the pan or in the toaster. Wash the lettuce leaves and tomato. Cut the tomato, cucumber and onion into even slices/rings.
Spread one half of the bun with ketchup and the other with mayonnaise.
Cover the bun with a lettuce leaf, one or two slices of tomato, the patty with the cheddar cheese, onion rings and one or two slices of pickle.
You can change the ingredients and their order in the burger according to your taste.
