Sweet potato gnocchi, with feta and pomegranate

Ingredients for 4 people.


  • Sweet potato gnocchi Koch 1 Kg
  • a knob of butter, about 25 g (for frying)
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 200 g of feta
  • Salt (for cooking water)
  • Pepper and honey q.s.


To start the dish, put a pot of water on the stove and bring it to the boil. In the meantime, extract the seeds from the pomegranate.

Salt the cooking water and once boiling dip the frozen sweet potato gnocchi. Cook slowly, gnocchi will be ready once afloat (after approx. 2 minutes). During cooking stirring the gnocchi with a wooden spoon. Once ready, drain the gnocchi with a skimmer.

Melt some butter in a pan and add the gnocchi. Add the feta and the pomegranate seeds. Once mixed well, garnish with pepper and honey to taste.

You can also use other Koch products, such as Premium gnocchi – pumpkin and potatoes.
