Spinach Knödel with butter and cheese

Very easy, for 2 people.

Ingredients

  • Koch’s Spinach Knödel, 300 g
  • Salt (for cooking water)
  • Butter
  • Parmesan cheese

For the side dish

Mixed salad! We recommend a coleslaw with Speck.

Preparation

Heat water in a large pot over high, till the water boils. Salt it and put the frozen gnocchi in it. Cook them for about 20 minutes on medium heat.

Once ready, drain them with a skimmer and place them on a plate.

While you are waiting on the water, do a little prep. Melt some butter in a saucepan and sprinkle it on the gnocchi. Parmesan cheese and the dish is ready!
