Puff pastry pinwheels
- 600 g of Koch puff pastry
- 200 g creamy fresh cheese
- 200 g ham
- 200 g semi-hard cheese

Remove the frozen puff pastry from the packaging.
Let it thaw at room temperature for about 1 hour.
Once thawed, roll out the puff pastry on a floured work surface. Smear the dough with a light layer of the creamy fresh cheese, add the ham and the cheese.
Add the chives and roll the puff pastry dough into a log.
Cut the log in slices (approx. 1.5 cm thick). Place slices on a lined baking sheet spiral-side up. Bake at 180° C for about 18 minutes. That’s it!
Tip: to get a proper browning, brush the rolls with egg yolk before baking!
