Wholemeal pancake

Like the traditional pancakes, the wholemeal pancakes are produced by SBF in Vicenza. The pasta company SBF was taken over by Koch in 2016. The freshly frozen wholemeal pancakes are a great alternative to the traditional pancakes and can be prepared sweet or salty.
Koch produces different sizes of pancakes.

Preparation:

Defrost the pancakes at room temperature for about 30 min. Fill the pancake according to your taste, fold it, melt some butter in the pan and roast the defrosted pancake for about 2-3 minutes on each side. In the preheated oven, warm the pancake at a temperature of 180 °C for about 10 minutes. In the microwave defrost the product for two minutes, fill it, add sauces of your choice and warm it for about four minutes.
