The freshly frozen whole grain egg dough is an alternative to the traditional egg dough and spinach egg dough. This freshly frozen dough is often used for vegetable lasagne.

Preparation:

Defrost the freshly frozen dough at a room temperature for about 1 hour. As the dough is already pre-cooked, it is not necessary to cook it again, you can immediately start to prepare lasagne or other dishes.
