Like the traditional pancakes, the wholemeal pancakes are produced by SBF in Vicenza. The pasta company SBF was taken over by Koch in 2016. The freshly frozen wholemeal pancakes are a great alternative to the traditional pancakes and can be prepared sweet or salty.

Defrost the product for approx. 1 hour at room temperature.
In a pan: melt some butter and roast the defrozen pancake for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
In the preheated oven: warm the pancake up at a temperature of 180 °C for approx. 10 minutes.
In the microwave: defrost the product for about two minutes, add sauce of your preference and warm it for about 4 minutes.
