The frozen soy nuggets by Koch are offered under the trademark “é senza” like the breaded nuggets. The vegetarian soy nuggets can be served with salad, as finger food or as a snack with a tasty dip.

Oven: put the frozen nuggets on a baking tray (with baking paper) and warm it up in a preheated oven at 180 °C for approx. 10 minutes.
Pan: Heat up a bit of olive oil in a pan and fry the vegetarian soy nuggets for about 4-6 minutes on both sides.

We recommend serving the nuggets with a yoghurt sauce.
