In addition to the famous tortellini, Koch also produces tortelloni. These come originally from northern Italy. Their shape is slightly larger than that of the famous tortellini. They are available in the following fillings: Ricotta & spinach, mushrooms and four cheeses.

Put the frozen stuffed tortelloni in boiling salted water and cook slowly for about 4 minutes until they float to the surface. Strain and serve with any sauces of your choice.
