Fresh frozen green stuffed tortelloni
To bring variety to the plate, the freshly frozen, pre-cooked tortelloni are also made from a spinach dough. Tortelloni green differ only in size from the well-known tortellini – they are slightly larger. The spinach tortelloni are available in two different fillings: ricotta & spinach and four cheeses.

Place the frozen, pre-cooked tortelloni in boiling salted water and cook slowly for about 4 minutes until they float to the surface. Strain and serve with any sauces.
