The spinach potato gnocchi have retained their traditional shape. Only the ingredients of the italian gnocchi have changed. The colour of the gnocchi is not made by dyes, but due to the natural colour of the spinach.

Put the frozen spinach gnocchi in a boiling salted water and cook slowly until they float to the surface. This can take about 2 – 3 minutes. Then strain and serve with sauces or butter and parmesan.
