SOY PIZZA DOUGH BALLS
The soya bean or simply called soya.
Soya belongs to the legume family and is one of the oldest cultivated plants on Earth. It has its origin in China, Japan and southeast Asia, where it still has a very important significance in food culture.
Koch produces his own soy pizza dough, which is not only suitable for pizzas, but also for other baked goods, like bread.

Defrost the fresh frozen pizza dough ball. Roll out the dough on a floured table. Prepare the topping as desired. Bake at 220 – 250°C for approx. 10 minutes (middle rack).
