The rustici triangoli are pre-cooked and available in two different flavours. They are offered: Ricotta & Spinach and Provolone.
Provolone, also called Provola, is an italian semi-hard cheese, which comes from the north of the country.

Oven: Give the frozen product into a convection – combination steamer for 4-7 minutes at 100 °C in steam cooking (with a little bit of salt and oil).
Pot: Put the frozen pasta in boiling salted water and cook for 3-5 minutes.

We recommend to serve the rustici triangoli with the provolone filling only with a little amount of butter, so that the own taste of the special cheese does not get lost.
