The rustici Mezzelune are small crescents with two different special fillings.
The Rustici are filled with ricotta & porcini mushrooms or with pecorino (sheep’s cheese) and figs.
Both variants are very unique in its taste.

Oven: Put the frozen filled pasta in a convection oven or combi steamer for 4-7 minutes at 100 °C in steam (slightly salt and brush with oil).
Pot: Place the frozen pasta in boiling salted water and simmer for 3-5 minutes.

Serve the Rustici only with butter and a little amount of grated cheese.
