Pizza Pala

The product

Pizza Pala has its roots in the Italian region of Latium. Different than the classic Neapolitan pizza, this one has an elongated shape and traditionally it is served on a long wooden board. The delicious, pre-cooked Pizza Pala is available with the following flavors: Margherita, Tomato and Mozzarella.

Take the pizza out of the package and put it still frozen in the preheated oven. Static oven: 200°C, about 8-10 minutes. Circulating air oven: 200°C, approx. 6-8 minutes. You may reduce the time if the product is thawed.
Bake in the oven until the cheese melts.

Koch's tips:

We recommend serving the pizza with a little bit of olive oil.
