The traditional pesto sauce come from Liguria and was one of the first sauce prepared on a basis of oil. Pesto is an uncooked sauce served with pasta or gnocchi in Italian cuisine. The basil pesto is probably the most popular pesto type.

Microwave: place the closed package in the microwave for about 1 – 2 minutes at 750 watts. 

Pan: defrost the product in the refrigerator or microwave. Pour into the pan and cook for at least 3 minutes.
