New available at Koch are the Gnocchi Patatosi. Lovely prepared as by the Italian Nonna: Potatoes, salt, flour and egg.

The gnocchi are made of raw ingredients and then IQF frozen. The rustic taste of the potato is retained.

New preparation method:
Now simply prepare the gnocchi directly in the pan with a little butter/oil or simply in the sauce.
Preparation time in the pan: approx. 5 minutes.
Of course, the gnocchi can also be prepared in boiling salted water. Put the frozen gnocchi in boiling salted water and cooked for about 3 minutes until they float to the surface. Strain and serve with sauces or butter and parmesan.
Preparation time in the pot: approx. 3 minutes.

We recommend serving the patatosi with butter and fresh herbs. Remember, freshly grated parmesan always tastes good.
