Already tried gnocchi with beetroot? New at Koch. Freshly made and immediately frozen.
The new gnocchi with beetroot has maintained its classic, traditional shape. The gnocchi is made out of potatoes and beetroot, which gives the potato gnocchi a pleasant sweet note.
As with the classic potato dumpling, the still frozen gnocchi are placed in boiling salted water and cooked slowly. As soon as the product floats to the surface, strain and serve with butter.
Since the product has a sweetish note, we recommend that you remain neutral in taste when you choosing the sauce.
Special tip: The gnocchi taste very good also with the 4 cheese sauce by Koch.
