The freshly frozen gnocchi made of wholemeal and buckwheat flour are produced in Bolzano under the Premium brand. Premium is another brand introduced by KOCH and used exclusively for the slightly finer and more refined cuisine.

Preparation:

Put the frozen gnocchi in a boiling salted water and cook for about 3 – 4 minutes. As soon as the gnocchi float to the surface, strain and serve with the sauce of your choice.
