To the classic Caserecci gnocchi we recommend a porcini mushroom sauce, tomatoes and basil or an olive and capers sauce.
We recommend to just mix the flavours herbs, basil and pumpkin up with a little butter. This is because these potato caserecci already have a very intense taste and a hearty sauce would beat the original taste, which would be a pity.
Tip: Freshly grated parmesan cheese always goes well.
