Filled potato gnocchi
A very special gnocchi with many different hearty fillings.
The filled gnocchi are produced with different fillings and therefore each type of gnocchi is something very special. The core of the gnocchi is wrapped in a soft potato dough coat. The following fillings are currently available: ham, mushrooms, pesto, ricotta and spinach, tomato and mozzarella and four-cheeses.

Put the still frozen filled gnocchi in a boiling salted water and cook for about 4 – 5 minutes until they float to the surface. Then strain them and serve with sauces or butter and parmesan cheese as desired.

We recommend serving the product with butter and parmesan cheese, as the filling of the gnocchi gives the dish sufficient flavour.
An intense sauce could blur the taste of the filling, which would be a pity.
