The puff pastry croissant or also known as cornetto, is a French pastry made from a slightly sweetened, egg-containing puff pastry dough. The croissant is a popular breakfast pastry, which is popular in many countries. Shops offer it not only with chocolate, jam or cream, but also with cheese and ham. Preparation:

Put the frozen croissants on a baking sheet at intervals of 3 – 4 cm. Defrost the croissants overnight and allow them to rise at room temperature. Bake the croissants in the preheated oven at 180-200°C for about 10-12 minutes. Remove them and sprinkle with icing sugar or sugared water.
