Preparation:

Put the frozen croissants on a baking sheet at intervals of 3 – 4 cm. Defrost the croissants overnight and allow them to rise at room temperature. Bake the croissants in the preheated oven at 180-200°C for about 10-12 minutes. Remove them and sprinkle with icing sugar or sugared water.
