Koch’s fagottini are currently available in three different flavours: mushrooms, asparagus and chicory. Here the traditional pancake is tied together into a small bag and filled. Ideal for a special buffet.

Preparation:

Defrost the product for 20 to 30 minutes, place in a baking tin with a little cream, butter and/or béchamel and cook in a preheated oven at 180° – 200 °C for 10 – 15 minutes.
