Koch’s pancakes are produced in the SBF company, which was taken over by Koch in 2016. After baking, the pancakes are immediately frozen and packaged. The pancakes made of eggs can be used as a dessert or also as a salty version.
The freshly frozen pancakes are produced in different sizes.

Defrost the pancakes at room temperature for about 30 min. Fill the pancake according to your taste, fold it, melt some butter in the pan and roast the defrosted pancake for about 2-3 minutes on each side. In the preheated oven, warm the pancake at a temperature of 180 °C for about 10 minutes. In the microwave defrost the product for two minutes, fill it, add sauces of your choice and warm it for about four minutes.
