Classic pizza dough ball
Pizza dough made of classic ingredients.
The result of mixture of wheat flour, salt, yeast, olive oil and water is the tasty fresh frozen pizza dough by KOCH.
Koch produce the balls in many different sizes and of different flours. The dough is mainly designed to prepare pizzas, but this should not discourage anyone from baking a great ciabatta bread or a juicy focaccia.

Thaw the dough (according to the weight of the ball-shaped).
Roll the pastry with a rolling pin on a lightly floured surface.
Add your favorite topping.
Set your oven at approx. 250 -300°C and bake for 10 min. (top heat recommended).

We recommend rolling out the dough very thinly.
TIP: If you want to use the fresh frozen dough to bake a pizza bread, add olive oil, olives and oregano.
