The carbonara, is an ancient recipe originally from Rome. It belongs to the classics of Italian cuisine. The ingredients are eggs, bacon, salt, pepper and cheese. Legend tell that Italian charcoal burners, of Lazio origin, prepared this pasta to fortify themselves.

Today the carbonara sauce, tasty, intense and hearty, is combined with different types of pasta.

Microwave: place the sealed package into and heat it for about 1-2 min. at 750 watts.

In the pan: thaw the product in the refrigerator or microwave. Heat it in a pan for at least 3 minutes.
