Bolognese sauce (known in Italian as ragù alla bolognese is a meat-based sauce in Italian cuisine, typical of the city of Bologna. It is customarily used to dress pasta. Abroad, the sauce is often served with spaghetti.

Preparation:

In the microwave: place the sealed package in the microwave.
1 min. for packaging of 100 gr.
2 min. for those of 500 gr.
Both at 750 watts.

In the pan: let the product defrost in the fridge (or microwave), heat it in the pan for at least 3 minutes.
