Whole grain is processed into bread, rolls and other baked goods. Us at Koch, we use the healthy flour to produce freshly frozen pizza balls and also gnocchi, pasta and lasagne dough.

Preparation:

Defrost the fresh frozen pizza dough ball. Roll out the dough on a floured table. Prepare the topping as desired. Bake at 220 – 250°C for approx. 10 minutes (if possible intermediate).
