Arrabbiata Sauce

Red, hot, spicy…

sugo all'arrabbiata

The arrabbiata sauce has its roots in the Lazio region of Italy. Arrabbiata means angry in Italian language. The main ingredients of arrabbiata sauce are tomatoes and chilli. In Italy the sauce is used for various pasta dishes. Its name derives from the fact that when you eat this type of pasta, you risk turning red because of the chilli, just like when you get angry.

The fresh frozen Sugo all arrabbiata by Koch is available in different package sizes.
