The tasty apple strudel by Koch is prepared according to South Tyrolean tradition. As the name suggests, the strudel is filled with apples. The sweet tradition is suitable as a pastry for coffee, dessert or breakfast.

Brush with beaten egg yolk and milk, bake in preheated oven at 210 °C degrees for about 35-40′ minutes (fan oven – 200°C). Let cool and serve in slices with a dusting of icing sugar.
