Amatriciana Sauce

Amatriciana is a traditional Italian pasta sauce. Originating from the town of Amatrice (in the mountainous Province of Rieti of Lazio region), the Amatriciana is one of the best known pasta sauces in present-day. Is usually served with a long pasta such as bucatini.

The amatriciana Koch sauce contains tomatoes, bacon, onions and peppers. Frozen, is available in different packages.

Microwave: insert the sealed package into. Heat it 1 min. for the 100 g pack or 2 min. for the 500 g pack. Both at 750 watts.

In the pan: thaw the product in the refrigerator (or microwave), then heat it in a pan for 3 min.

The 100 g. pack is suitable for a single portion of pasta or gnocchi. Garnish the dish with grated Parmesan cheese.
