Patatosi with salmon and spinach
- 600 g of Gnocchi Patatosi KOCH
- 200 g salmon fillet
- 125 g fresh spinach
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- ½ lemon
- Olive oil
Boil the water in a pot.
Fot the Patatosi...
Dip the frozen Patatosi in boiling salted water and cook for about 2 minutes. They will be ready once afloat.
Drain them with a skimmer.
Preparation of the spinach seasoning
Peel the salmon fillet and cut it into small pieces.
Season your salmon fillets with salt, pepper, lemon juice to taste.
Fry the garlic and onion in olive oil in a frying pan. Add the salmon and sauté it quickly.
Over medium heat, add the fresh spinach. As soon as they release their moisture, add the Patatosi and brown them slightly.
Mix all the ingredients.
The dish is ready!
Tip: decorate the plate with some pine nuts.
