Allow the dough to thaw at room temperature, then roll out on a floured surface to a thickness of 2-3 mm and cut out circles. Place these in tartlet tins and bake until golden brown. Decorate as desired with a little jam, pastry cream or mascarpone cream and fresh fruit.
