Dumplings with cheese, butter and parmesan

Very easy, for 2 people.


  • Koch’s dumplings with cheese, 300 g
  • Salt (for cooking water)
  • Butter
  • Parmesan cheese

For the side dish

Mixed salad! We recommend a coleslaw.


Heat water in a large pot over high, till the water boils. Salt it and put the frozen dumplings in it. Cook them for about 20 minutes on medium heat.

Once ready, drain them with a skimmer and place them on a plate.

While you are waiting on the water, do a little prep. Melt some butter in a saucepan and sprinkle it on the dumplings with cheese. Parmesan and the dish is ready!
