Since 1979, the KOCH Company produces freshly frozen gnocchi. Over the years, different shapes and tastes have developed from the traditional Italian potato gnocchi.
Today, the company produces 12 different types of freshly frozen potato gnocchi, such as chicche, chicche tricolor, sweet potato gnocchi, red beetroot gnocchi, spinach potato gnocchi, tappini, filled gnocchi, strangolapretti, gnocchi alla romana, gnocchi casarecci, whole wheat and buckwheat flour gnocchi.
