Since the company was established, it produces freshly frozen South Tyrolean specialties. One of the oldest products produced by the Koch Company is the South Tyrolean dumplings. In the list of products, you can find dumplings with Speck (bacon), cheese or even spinach.
Other well-known South Tyrolean specialties, which you can also find in the Koch assortment are egg spätzle, spinach spätzle, buckwheat spätzle and schlutzer or schüttelbrotschlutzer. Schlutzer and schüttelbrotschlutzer, are a kind of filled Pasta.

Anno 2019: Contributo da Provincia Autonoma di Bolzano ai sensi della legge provinciale 13 febbraio 1997, n.4 , pari a 26.900 Euro.
Anno 2020: Contributo da Provincia Autonoma di Bolzano ai sensi della legge provinciale 13 febbraio 1997, n.4 , pari a 32.200,00 Euro.
Anno 2021: Contributo da Provincia Autonoma di Bolzano ai sensi della
legge provinciale 13 febbraio 1997, n.4 , pari a 9.250,00 Euro.
